Directions

→ Take 3 capsules, 3x/day for 4 days → pause for 4 days → resume for 2 more days
→ Repeat every 20 days or as needed
Good Herbs Lymphatic Health
→ Take 2ml in the morning, 2ml in the evening during the 10-day WP Detox cycle (4 days on + 4 days off + 2 days on)
→ Pause after 10 days
→ Restart when you begin your next WP Detox cycle after 20 days
